Ellie was 17 last time she was on the show and is the first artist to make a repeat apperance.  Go to youtube to see her in action (well sitting and playing) catch her version of "the beast" and go to soundcloud for more of her songs as well as some great covers, many down loadable.  Hay Ellie why not make them all downloadable for those of us who can't get enough :-)

WARNING TO  LISTENERS

Maplins had a USB powered phonograph or as I believe the 'hip kids' are calling them a record player.   It's been at least 15 years since I had one, so I am now converting the vinyl to mp3's , the radio show will now get even strangler than 'normal', I've just done a future show with only Yoko Ono tracks :-}

I'm presently copying "Two Sides Of Leonard Nimoy" a truly horrible album - so bad it's almost good, not as bad as ether of the  William Shatner albums though lol.  I got this album from the first job I had 40 years ago !!!

I managed to crack a rib trying to reach the line socket at the back of the computer, it was hidden by the monitor plug and I rested my FULL weight on the top of the case and felt it crack - my rib not the case
 Well better get this on line as I'm a day late already.

Paulo Dandrea

What can I say? I played electric bass for a few years in several bands here in Sao Paulo, played from an experimental jazz  nosense to death metal . However, in Brazil, making money with music is almost impossible, especially if you do something very different from the mainstream, so the bands never succeeded, because no one had time for because a band was going to attend and one because it would work.

So good was able to have access to music on my computer, because this way I can do everything alone. And i do it for love.

About my music and my work (photography abstract- http://www.paulodandrea.com/) do exactly what I miss in the world. Today, the vast majority of people make a copy of what they know by the major mass media. What I miss are new ideas.By the same token, my traks take the form of ideas.

But I can say that there was a problem of motivation, since none of my friends like my music. And it was on SoundCloud I found my motivation, since here there are dozens of musicians who must have thought similar to mine: "Music has to be a trip to an unusual place, like a trip. If the music does not stop be just part of everyday life, like taking the train and go to work, everything always the same. "

Of course, I'm still away from my goal, I have no perfect technique to expose sounds coming from my brain or my body, but I hope to get there.

 But I must explain that the music is written "detuned portable studio" is a collaboration with Ricardo Cabral (aka fudisterik), another Brazilian who i met at SoundCloud. And I must also say that he is largely responsible for my motivation, a light at the end of the tunnel. "I found a Brazilian who likes my music."
